Apple Tablet Sure to Come?
From a longtime rumor to practically an inevitability, the Apple tablet has even been mentioned in the Financial Times as to be announced as early as next month. Baron’s keeps the anticipation going with their article “Apple’s Got That Glow Again” where they quoted an unnamed analyst saying they had seen it first hand with a speculated price of around $699-$799:
“One veteran analyst who has seen first-hand a prototype slate-style computer from Apple (ticker: AAPL) says the device could be announced in September for release in November.”
“At this point, the tech industry will be surprised if Apple does not announce a tablet in September. As is typical of Apple, however, details of the device are extremely hard to come by.”
